HOW DO I RECOVER

There are some days where you just feel like you are dropping the ball and no matter how hard you try it just doesn't stay in your hands.😱

Some days are just harder than others to manage, be it work, family life, your relationships, your fitness and nutrition journey or just LIFE IN GENERAL.

Well I am here today to tell you that IT IS OK!!! 
NONE of us are SUPER HUMAN...

Now how does dropping the ball in life have anything to do with your fitness and nutrition journey???

Just like picking yourself up and getting your day back on track in your job or family life when you drop the ball...
We need to take that step in our fitness and nutrition journey. 

Regroup, refocus and carry on. 

Maybe you have had a couple of weeks where doesn't matter what you do, those myfitnesspal numbers just doesn't add up, you keep being under OR over....
OR
Your protein intake has gone down and you are on a plateau....
OR
You are not getting to those workouts like you should
OR
Your Carb intake has been higher so the scale has gone up this week....
OR
you just not coping with your journey in general.

Regroup, refocus and carry on. 

That is how you get that ball to stay in your hands...

Why don't you take a couple of minutes, make yourself a cup of tea,
and just sit down and regroup and refocus
REMEMBER YOUR WHY....

WHY are you doing this....
WHAT are your goals....
WHICH principles have you not been applying or slacking in...

GO BACK TO THE BASICS....
1. SHOW UP...get up for that training session, plan that week's menu
2. MAKE THAT BETTER CHOICE...it doesn't matter how. Keep that goal in your mind
3. DO IT CONSISTANTLY!!!!...This it the key...consistency!!

CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY...
DO IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!
